Senior Year and Residency Applications
Meetings with fourth-year medical students (MS4s) are focused on solidifying medical specialty selection, scheduling away rotations, curriculum vitae (CV) and personal statement construction, residency applications, interview preparation and creation of the residency rank list. Year four is celebrated with Match Day. Expectations about internship (R1) year and preparation for the transition to residency are discussed.
